Peggy Young, Director of the Community School Division, has a lifelong focus on education beginning her career as a speech therapist. Peggy has extensive experience in executive leadership, business operations, financial management, and personnel management in both profit and non-profit organizations. Peggy has worked in the Community School Division at Buckeye since its inception with community school sponsorship in 2004. Peggy is instrumental in the growth and accomplishments of the Division and leads an exemplary team of community school consultants throughout the State.
Peggy earned a BA and Masters Degree from The Ohio State University. She is a licensed Ohio School Treasurer.

Jennifer L. Robison

Jennifer L. Robison has served community school developers, operators, sponsors, parents, and students throughout Ohio for 10 years.
Jennifer is a leading expert in community school sponsorship, auditing, school operations, and compliance monitoring with local and national community school rules and regulations. Jennifer has served as a NCLB compliance officer, Federal programs administer, sponsor representative, and community school board member. Jennifer has worked on the planning committee for the national project: Building Charter School Quality working with the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, the National Association of Charter School Authorizers, the Center for Research on Educational Outcomes, and the Colorado League of Charter Schools.
Jennifer L. Robison earned her BBA degree from Ohio University and her MBA degree from the University of Phoenix Columbus Campus.

Anita, an Ohio native, has accepted the task of assisting each sponsored school and all regional representatives in assuring the ODE required documents are uploaded into Sharepoint in a timely fashion. Equipped with the eagerness to help others, a happy-go-lucky outlook on life and a vast understanding of Sharepoint, Anita is the one to e-mail for all your Sharepoint questions and concerns.

She holds a Bachelor in Science of Business Administration with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations. Her interests include advancing technology, working with children as well as spending time with family.

Dr. Jack Conrath has served public education for forty-five years, as a teacher and administrator. Taking his first superintendent's position in 1971 and retiring as Superintendent of the Whitehall City Schools, Whitehall , Ohio in 1994, he now serves as partner of CNM Educational Consulting, a full-service educational consulting firm. He has completed studies/surveys for more than 50 Districts to assist in curriculum and educational facility planning.

Lori is currently a medical librarian at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. She earned her MLS from Kent State University, Kent and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science with a major in Medical Technology from Youngstown State University. Her interests include the application of emerging technologies to learning; webpage development and design; all aspects of digital preservation projects;computer networking and medical database searching. |

He has served on county boards of mental retardation, was the Educational Supervisor of a county education service center and the Pupil Personnel Services DIrector. Most recently he was the President, CEO and administrator of a community school in Dayton.

Carol Young

Dr. Carol Young has worked in PK-12 and higher education for over 35 years. She retired in 2006 from public education, having served as Superintendent of both the North Union and Southern (Perry Co.) local school districts. Carol has taught recently in the teacher education program of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where she formerly held the positions of Intervention Specialist Program Coordinator and Graduate Education Department Chair. She is active in research and consultation in school leadership, special education, curriculum development, and teacher quality. Carol earned her Ph.D. in educational administration from Ohio University, and her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in education and speech-language pathology from Marshall University. |
